Superb heavy quality vintage brilliant ruby red to clear cut crystal in conical shape raised on clear multi-faceted high stem accented with air bubbles, atop the deep cut line round base. A creation of Hubert Fouarge, model Scheffel for Cristallerie du Val St. Lambert. Made in Belgium circa 1920's. In very good condition with traces of wear, scratches to base and other minor details consistent to age and fine artisan craftsmanship .
