Imposing vintage freeform crystal vase creation by Jean-Baptiste Doyen who took over the glass-making business "C. Rose et Cie Gobeleteries d'Havre-Ville and changed it to his name "Verrerie Doyen d'Havre-Ville, Belgique". An eye-cathing heavy quality glass artwork features a rim in the shape of lips with beautiful switching colors from burgundy to purple and pink to clear cut crystal. It has original Doyen original silver sticker foil. Hand-crafted in Belgium circa 1950's. Doyen existed in 1909 until 1975 known in making optic vases and specialty of custom made glass creation by customer's request. They exhibited their creations alongside with Val St Lambert at the Paris Expo of 1937 and other several important European Art Expo's. In very good condition with minor traces of wear, some bottom scratches and other details consistent to age and artisan craftsmanship. Kindly refer to pictures as integral part of the description.
