Elegant and robust figural umbrella stand features a hunter with hunting gun, wild boar and wild animal heads and claws in carved cast iron, a drip tray raised on oval shaped base with overall enamel finish. Visible markings number 6 on the back and at the bottom. Made in France, 19th century. There are some rusty spots, enamel chips and discolorations as part of wear and aging attributes. A functional complimentary piece for the hallway or at the fireplace.
