Stunning vintage terrestrial globe in french language by Girard Barrère et Thomas. Finely crafted paper on cardboard with aluminum meridian raised on a thick quality pentagon shape aluminum base. Made in Paris, France circa 1930's. In good condition with traces of wear to globe, patina and tarnish to base and other details consistent to age as part of its historical content and decorative character.
