A french language earth globe at a scale of 1:38,600,000 in quality paper on cardboard with polished aluminum meridian raised on a round black lacquered wood base. Made in East Germany (GDR) by VEB Hermann Haack Gotha, by publisher Paul Räth Nachf. KG Leipzig. In very good condition with minor traces of wear to globe and wood and other details consistent to age as part of its historical content and decorative character.
