Charming antique gilt bronze circular vanity box features a hand painted portrait of a beautiful lady and a young girl on bone set in to the lid and protected under a convex glass. It is signed "Périn" to the right side. Made in France, 19th century.  In very good condition with traces of wear and other details consistent to age and artisan craftsmanship.
