Imposing antique French silver plated copper relief of Greek Mythology. This highly crafted round copper wall art depicts the nude Persephone protected by a Cherub and Nymph being forcefully abducted by Hades with Accomplice on his Stallions. It also features the neoclassical rich floral details and ornately decorated edgings. The reverse side has two formed metal holes to display the plaque on a wall.  Made in France, 19th Century. In very good condition with traces of wear, tarnish in places and other details consistent to age and artisan craftsmanship. Kindly refer to the images as integral part of the description.
